Ocean Shores, Washington is the largest town on the Pacific Coast of Washington. It is about the same distance from Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon if you go on Interstate 5 through Olympia, Washington - the state capitol.
Copalis Beach is about 10 minutes north of Ocean Shores on Highway 109. It is more of a community than a town, but it is a short drive south to Ocean Shores and a short 5 minutes north to Seabrook.
Moclips, Washington is about 35 minutes north of Ocean Shores on the 109 Highway. North of Moclips is the Quinault Indian Reservation property and east of Moclips is the Quinault National Forest property.
While Ocean Shores is known for its 5 miles of flat, driveable beach, the North Beach is known for its scenic highway and stunning vistas. The North Beach area is defined as Highway 109 from Ocean Shores north to Moclips.
