Set in a southern theme all units are differently decorated but all beautiful townhouse accommodations with full size Jacuzzi in the bedroom overlooking the ocean. Upstairs offers a Queen bed, full size jacuzzi, full ocean view with deck and full bath. Downstairs offers the full kitchen, living room area with gas fireplace and full ocean view with deck as well. NO smoking, NO pets on premises. All holidays are a 3 night minimum stay and peak rates apply. There is also a 1 time non-refundable exit fee of $45.00.

All homes and condominium units have a 14 Day cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to day of arrival or the deposit of the 1st night will be forfeited. There is a standard $25.00 fee if canceling prior to the 14 days. Hotel and Motel policies vary, you will be informed of the individual policy at the time your reservations are made.
