Q: Where are you located?

A: Ocean Shores Reservations is located in Ocean Shores, WA. When you enter the gates of Ocean Shores, We are located in the first Mall on your right at 899 Point Brown Avenue NW.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Our office hours are Saturday thru Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm PST

Q: What time is Check-In / Check-Out

A: Check in Time is 4:00 pm or later. Check out time is 11:00 am. There is a $15.00 per hour charge for late check-outs. If you check out after 3:00 pm the charge is a full night.

Q: What is the cleaning fee for?

A: A lot of time and devotion has gone into ensuring that your vacation rental is in the best condition possible for your arrival. In an effort to meet your expectations, this charge is needed. The charge covers the cleaning, maintenance and supplies such as clean linens, towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc.

Q: What is required to make a reservation?

A: In order to make a reservation we need your name, address, telephone number and email to send confirmations, advance payment of the 1st night with tax. The balance on the Beach houses is due 14 days prior to arrival. If you are making your reservation within the 14 days of arrival the full amount must be paid when making the reservation.

Q: How do I reserve a vacation rental?

A: You may call our 1-800-562-8612 number or complete the Inquiry form on our website.

Q: Are your vacation rentals pet friendly?

A: Some of our rentals allow pets. Please call for confirmation. There is usually a fee.

Q: Do any of your rentals allow smoking?

A: No

Q: Do any of your vacation rentals have swimming pool access?

A: Our rentals do not have swimming pool access. There is Captain Yarr's water park located at the Ramada that allows public access. Offering fun for the whole family.
